Katherine & King’s College of London has been listed as a three-star ‘High Standard’ college by the English Language Gazette, a leading industry magazine for English language teaching.
The EL Gazette listed UK language schools accredited by the British Council along with Further Education colleges. Language Schools and private colleges with two or three stars are listed as ‘High Standard’ by the Gazette. The star rating was based on the three sections of standards assessment which form the Private Further Education (PFE) Educational Oversight carried out by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). A star indicates that the college “exceeds expectations” in that particular area, with three stars being the maximum.
KKCL was one of only 35 schools and colleges (27, excluding multiple listings for chain schools) in the UK to have achieved the three-star rating in the ‘High Standard’ category out of the 150 institutions assessed so far.
